Hi Friends!

Hope you’re well and spring / fall arriving is giving you a little pep in your step (depending on your hemisphere).

I’m half-way through Trauma Informed Dietetic Care with Fiona and it continues to blow me away how many health professionals are not only wanting to learn how to provide a more neurobiologically safe way to relate with clients but also not burn themselves out either!

I’m really encouraged at how many of us are ready for something different for ourselves and those we serve — and that they are mutually beneficial.

And then here we are, half through Somatic Nutrition Counseling Skills, knee deep in how attachment styles and parts (and parts work) impact the landing pad for our nutrition counseling and body image decoding skills to land. All I can say is that you all are insanely talented and don’t give yourselves enough credit.

To that end, if you are interested, it’s time for our 1x a month Somatic Nutrition Counseling Skills Supervision group.

Typically, we meet the last Tuesday of the month at 5:00pm ET BUT…I know, I know…I’m changing it again. I promise, though, only for March.
My girl’s 10th birthday is Tuesday, March 30th and I gotta be all there, all in for this milestone!
So we will meet WEDNESDAY, March 24th at 5:00PM ET.
You can still register at https://embodieddietitian.com/product/online-group-coaching/ and I will send out zoom links for those who register.

If you have any questions, just reply to this email and I’ll do my best to offer any details the link above doesn’t answer.

Have a great one!

Imagine feeling calm, collected and in control the next time your client is sitting in front of you panicking about their weight.

If you’re ready to feel confident about working with clients’ emotions regarding food and weight and give them the help they really need, here’s how.
